Meet the clean up crews
My obsession with flowers started early. My maiden name is Rose, so it came naturally. Our last name is Mulvany, which is clearly Irish and reminds me of all things green and minty fresh. That’s where the Mint comes in. So Roses & Mint is a nod to both my growing-up-family and my family now. I love every part of being a wedding florist. Connecting couples with beautiful flowers and a fun flower experience is the best. job. ever. And fun fact: I have a B.A. and M.A. from Lincoln Christian University and spent more than a decade in social services before making flowers a full-time part of my life in 2013.

I'm the creator of R & M and Co-Owner...Goodness, I'm so glad you're here! My team and I can't wait to learn more about you and your big day. Here’s a little bit about me... I’m married to my high school sweetheart and we’ve been madly in love for nearly 30 years.
This empty-nest stage of life is super fun, though days off with our grown-up kids, their loves, and our grandbabies are just the best!

Gosh, what an honor it is to serve such amazing couples on their special day. It is truly so amazing to hear each and every one of their stories and flower visions. Dreaming up flower magic alongside them is always such a blessing and I couldn't imagine a life without FLOWERS.
My love for flowers began as a young child. I was very close with my late grandmother who also had a love for flowers. You could often find us outside watering flowers, planting veggies and picking from the blackberry bushes. When we weren’t in the garden, I got to tag along to her job, where she worked as a seamstress in a bridal store. She worked on countless wedding gowns and even made my baptismal outfit. I love that flowers and weddings have connected us so beautifully!
I believe that flowers have healing powers - They bring joy and smiles. They’re symbolic on many occasions and such a gift to work with.
So how did I get here? My career in floristry began just over 4 years ago. My husband and I had recently moved to STL from IL and I was in search of a creative outlet. That’s when I found R&M and it was the perfect match! My husband and I were so lucky to celebrate our special day in 2020 as a Roses & Mint couple! A day I will never forget! We also have two sweet babes who think mama is the flower fairy, it’s just THE BEST!

Hi Friends! It’s so nice to meet you - I’m Carly, Co-Owner of R & M!
The Roses + Mint “WOO!” girl and fun-loving flower fairy! My passions include loving on my husband and pups, taking 3 baths a day (minimum), traveling, social work, spearmint gum… and of course, BLOOMS!
Flowers have always been present in my life in the most subtle but impactful ways! My mother always had my brother and I helping her in the garden for her spring planting, she would surprise us with blooms each year on May Day, and always had bouquets present for every accomplishment. Flowers became a celebratory sign of comfort and of home!
I joined the Roses + Mint family as a Bride in 2019. My experience with the team and wedding planning process was extraordinary in every way! When the opportunity to join the flower family as a team member presented itself in 2020, I was ALL in babes! My Masters in Social Work serves me so well in this space and I'm honored that my education and floral career merge so seamlessly!
I find the most joy in celebrating with our couples, being excited with them, and watching each emotion as their most special day takes place! Oh. My. Heart!!

Hi friends! Let me introduce myself - I’m Sheri!
I’m having the time of my life getting to design beautiful flower pieces for all you wonderful brides, grooms, and your family and friends. I also love getting to work on site at some of the most beautiful venues in the St. Louis area. I began this floral adventure five years ago, when my daughter got married and we found Roses & Mint to do her floral design. Now I am designing with this fabulous team. My love of flowers came from my beloved Aunt, who was constantly designing with beautiful flowers. She designed my wedding flowers and made my special day perfect. I remember going with her to the local flower market where she let me pick out all my favorite flowers for my special day.
A few fun facts about me ….. I will be turning the BIG 60 this year and I will say this flower family keeps me feeling young, happy and full of life. I love to keep them laughing. I've been married to my college sweetheart for 36 years, and you will see him join me on weekends; we are one of The Night Owl couples. We have two grown children, one son-in-law and a beautiful 2 ½ year old grandson, who calls me Gigi.

Hello, lovelies! I'm Lydia!
My relationship with the Roses & Mint family all started with a wedding vendor collaboration back in 2017, and I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to become the Roses & Mint flower finder in 2020! I am a deal hunter by nature and thoroughly enjoy sourcing blooms for our amazing couples with our local grower friends and global partners.
As a loyal listener with a degree in accounting, you could say small details are an obsession. I am a firm believer that everything has a home + there is no detail too small! Once sourcing is completed, I cannot wait to get my hands on designing our sweet boutonnieres, wrist cuffs, bridesmaid bouquets, and other cuties!
Flowers are such an amazing event detail that appeal to the majority of our senses - sight, touch, and smell - and can evoke the sweetest memories. Every time I smell eucalyptus, it is like visiting my grandma's house all over again!
I am a sucker for a good antique and enjoy the thrill of finding timeless treasures. (Have you seen our studio cash wrap?!) When I am not searching for a deal or playing with flowers, you will likely find me with my husband, Mike, chasing our little ones, Jack and Louie, with their soon-to-arrive "Baby Sister."

Hi there! It's so nice to meet you - I'm Kelsey, Studio Manager and Lead Designer!
A little about me - I'm a dog lover, food lover, and of course, flower lover!
I joined the Roses & Mint team as a bride back in 2018. I instantly fell in love with the floral planning process and had all the trust in the world that Kira and the team would take my vision and bring it to life! I couldn't get enough - so I joined on as a weekend team member in 2020 and then went full time in 2022! Talk about a dream job.
My background is in merchandising and interior design. I was the nine year old constantly rearranging and painting my room. Interior design and floral design run so parallel, and it's been so fun to incorporate those skills here. I feel so lucky everyday!
Seeing the venue transform on wedding day has to be my favorite part, as well as working along some extremely talented bloom babes. We're so happy to be a part of your big day!
